BERRI Research Intern Karen Quispe Takes Home First Place in the From Crisis to Capacity: Emergency Food Planning in the Fraser Valley Hackathon

Student researchers Karen Quispe & Casandra Smit participated in the SF4C From Crisis to Capacity: Emergency Food Planning in the Fraser Valley Hackathon this past May working with mentors to develop and pitch practical policies to address emergency food planning the Fraser Valley. Karen took home first place in the pitch competition!
